ACI was able to do my home inspection within a demanding time frame. Tony was incredibly thorough, able to point out the most important things to address immediately after the inspection and then within a couple of days providing an excellent written report that we were able to send the seller, asking them to make the corrections. It really helped having a professional independent party pointing out the issues vs. me, the buyer complaining. The seller appreciated it too. ACI made me feel confident in my purchase that there are no major problems lurking, and most importantly, he pointed out the industry standard for a builders warranty, of which I was unaware.
