I was very nervous to begin my PostOp PT just a few days after my surgery but my fears were quickly alleviated the minute I walked in the door. I was greeted by everyone with a friendly smile and welcome back! Nina also took extra care in making sure I was comfortable with all exercises planned for my first visit.
